Service Spotlight: Residential Treatment

Ascensa Health at St. Jude’s Recovery Center provides Residential Treatment programs to men and women, as well as women with their dependent children, who cannot afford treatment. Each year, hundreds of individuals enter our programs to begin their journey to recovery.

The Residential Treatment Program at Ascensa Health at St. Jude’s Recovery Center provides onsite integrated care for substance use disorder, co-occurring mental health disorders and physical health conditions. Clients served by Residential Treatment Programs at Ascensa Health are men, women, veterans and families with children who are low income, uninsured and/or experiencing homelessness. For most clients served by Ascensa Health, the agency is their only chance to recover from addiction and rebuild their lives to become healthy and self-sufficient individuals.

Men and women in the Residential Treatment Program reside in a therapeutic community and participate in a structured treatment program, which includes residential care, individual and group therapy, intensive day treatment, 12-Step meetings, life skills training, health and wellness education, employment services, primary healthcare services and family services. Treatment services are based on the belief that addiction is a disease and that treatment must focus on the whole person.

Call our Admissions Department for more information about entering our Residential Treatment programs at 404-249-6272.
