Program Overview

Ascensa Health provides intensive addiction treatment services for men and women, utilizing evidence-based practices and ASAM levels of care. Our recently renovated facilities provide a comfortable community where individuals live and participate in a structured day treatment program.

Through participating in Residential Treatment, individuals receive the treatment necessary to develop recovery skills, overcome addiction, and live healthy and self-sustaining lives. The program includes individual and group therapy, psycho-educational groups, life skills training, spirituality groups, health and wellness services, employment support, relapse prevention and family services. Each person creates individualized treatment goals and is supported as they obtain employment and transition to housing after completing residential treatment. Outpatient Treatment and Recovery Support services are available as needed.
