Ascensa Health provides treatment for individuals with substance use disorder and co-occurring mental health disorders, as well as wrap around services that support long-term recovery. 

Our Levels of Care

Ascensa Health offers ASAM levels of care based on individual need. Comprehensive assessments are completed at Admission to determine the level of care needed for each person.

Withdrawal Management

Detoxification as needed for all substance use disorders at the sub-acute level.

Residential Treatment

Intensive Residential Treatment for individuals who need intensive residential care.

Outpatient Treatment

Intensive and Low-Intensity Outpatient Treatment are available.

Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT)

Medication-supported services for opioid and alcohol addiction are available within all programs.

Recovery Support

Services for living in recovery.

What is your admissions process?

Our admissions process is primarily based on walk-ins and is performed on a first-come, first serve basis. Please view our Admissions page for more information.

What does the program cost?

State funding is available to cover the cost for individuals who are uninsured or under-insured.

Do you take insurance?

Depending on your insurance company, Ascensa Health may qualify under out-of-network benefits. If you do not have insurance, we can still serve you.

What is the length of the program?

The length of the program is based on the level of care needed and is determined for each person after completing an individualized comprehensive assessment. This looks different for everyone because everyone has unique needs. For Residential Treatment, people generally stay for 60-90 days. Outpatient and Recovery Support is available for as long as needed.
